Please Note! Allied members (vendors) are not eligible to attend the Xtravaganza unless they have secured a marketplace booth.
Covid 19 policies and procedures will be implemented for this event for the safety of our exhibitors and attendees. This will follow CDC guidelines.
We are acutely aware of the ongoing Covid 19 virus changes. If the event status should change we will notify all attendees and exhibitors. According to our policies, we will not be issuing refunds but will apply 100% of your credits to a rescheduled conference or another event at another time and date.
Submit a presentation here for review by the committee. Note 10 MB limit so please reduce size if needed.
Submitting a presentation does not guarantee that it will be accepted for this event but it could be accepted for another future event. You will be notified if your presentation topic is selected.
Please explain the following:
Subject matter presenting.
Length or # slides? (typically 30 min or less).
Is it purely educational or does it have a sales pitch component?
If you are not selected for this event, would you have interest in paid speaking slots that allow a sales pitch, a presentation at a future regional trade show or an educational webinars?
